Refund policy
All items are handmade with love and care, but they may have the odd imperfection or variation. These add to the charm and unique character of each piece. Please note colours may look different from screen to screen, but I try my best to photograph pieces as accurately as possible. Please check the product listing information carefully, including sizes, before making a purchase.
If there are any issues at all or you would like to return an item please get in touch via email.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return items for a refund (or exchange where products are available) within 30 days of receipt. I do not cover the cost of return shipping and cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost when returning. Please keep proof of postage and ensure that all returns are well packaged to avoid any breakages, ideally using the original packaging. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Damaged deliveries
If your item has arrived damaged please get in touch within 7 days and I will do my best to find a suitable solution. In most circumstances an exchange will be offered where possible or in the event of a replacement being unavailable a refund will be given. Please send photos of any damage that has occurred and the packaging it arrived in via email.
Faulty items
Every care is taken to ensure products are well made, but in the infrequent event of a product being faulty, please get in touch with information and photos where relevant.
Sample items & Seconds
Seconds are products with small defects e.g. hairline cracks, glaze issues, warping. Samples are experiments that have not been added to the main collection but are perfectly functional. All sales of seconds and samples are final and the above refund policy does not apply. Seconds and samples are clearly marked in the product title and/or description.
